The Hyfit app pairs with Hyfit’s Gear 1 resistance bands by Bluetooth to track 19 types of movement and statistics about your workout in real time. With state-of-the-art sensor technology, Hyfit Gear combines accelerometer readings with an analysis of body tension, strength building, BMI, fat burn, calorie burn, heart rate and other critical measurements to track exercise progress. The built-in sensors on Gear 1 transmit workout data directly to the app, which records the information to monitor your progress and improve your performance with every workout.
This smart resistance training system offers a full body workout, including exercises for core, cardio and strength training. That is why resistance training is recommended by many fitness professionals as a go-to workout. Unlike working out with weights, resistance bands provide constant tension through every movement to develop speed and power.
